                 String clientID,
                 boolean superceded)

Notification of a disconnected DMH client.

Parameters:

server - the DMH server instance

clientID - the connection handle used to communicate with the client

superceded - set true to indicate that detection of the client disconnection happened when a new client asked to receive using a mailbox that was being used by the former client.
